I’m a casual gamer. I don’t like to waste hours and days in front of my computer or Xbox collecting 20 bear claws to be able to collect another 40 afterwards. Don’t get me wrong, every now and then, like every year around Christmas time, I do try it just to realize that these games were not made for me. Today was another one of those “thens”.

A few days ago a friend of mine told me about a small indie game development project two friends of him are working on: Battlepaths. It’s a turn-based 2D-RPG with lovely graphics and a great guitar soundtrack. It reminds me a little bit of the old SNES Zelda games. It’s available for Xbox 360 (for 80 coins, or whatever the currency is over there) on the marketplace. Looks like there will also be a PC and a Windows Phone 7 version.
